Our prices are per apartment for a full week, based on 2 persons. The prices shown below are the same for all 3 apartments.
The maximum number of guests is three persons. We charge an additional 25% on the rent price for a third guest. The end-cleaning is not included in the prices below and costs Euro 75 per stay.
For a third guest we charge an additional Euro 25 of cleaning costs.
Small pets are allowed in consultation. There will be an additional charge for final cleaning. these additional costs amount to Euro 55.
We charge a safety deposit of Eur 150 per stay. This will be repaid after your stay, when the apartment is left behind in good condition.
