Casa En Viento

This 1-bedroom apartment is situated in Puebla Aida a village in Mijas Golf, on the Costa del Sol, just 25 kilometres from Malaga airport and 10 minutes to the beaches of Fuengirola. Our apartment "Casa En Viento" is located in Mijas and overlooks the Mijas golf golfcourse.

The "Urbanizacion" is built as an Andalusian style village. It is a little village of houses, higgledy-piggledy in their layout, yet meticulously planned to provide an idyllic setting. An environment offering variety and originality, created with the help of modern technology. 

Properties in Puebla Aida are classically designed and ageless in style. With lovely, flower filled walkways, fountains, four swimming pools with gardens and sun decks, Puebla Aida is a delightful, peaceful place in a beautiful setting. Click on the video and you will get a beautiful insight into the village. 

The Apartment  

The apartment is located directly on a quiet street with a spacious terrace at the front. The open plan living room is attractively furnished with a spacious sofa and sliding doors to the second terrace at the rear of the house. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room table is on wheels so that it is also possible to eat inside with several people. 

From the living room you enter the bedroom with adjoining bathroom, which is decorated in Andalusian style. The spacious double bedroom has a wonderfully luxurious box-spring bed and ample storage space in the built-in wardrobe. 

Both terraces are attractively furnished with a spacious lounge sofa. On the terrace at the front is a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy a nice meal that can be prepared on the available barbecue.

 From the terrace at the rear it is only a 15 meter walk to the swimming pool "The Infinitypool" overlooking the mountains of Mijas. In addition, there are three other swimming pools that you can use.
